Quantum Electronic Properties of Low Dimension System with Break Symmetry
A, Zouaneb, E, Sakher, R,Tigrine, A.Bendoura
Abstract
We investigate the quantum electronic dynamic and scattering of low dimension system an atomic nano well in thin film, which breaks the symmetry follow the axisperpendicular to it. This affects the different physic properties of the perturbed system. So the Schrödinger lawand Thigh Binding formalism are governed this work. The breaking of the symmetry makes the usual methods unsuitable so the adequate methods like the, PMFT(Phase Matching Field Theory) are needed to determine the desired properties. In this work, we determined the scattering and the localized energy at the behavior of the defect structure and their associated state densities. In addition the transmission and reflection coefficients as well as the electronic conductance are calculated according to the parameters at the in homogeneityof the disturbed zone and the exiting energy.
