Abstract

Langdon John Downdescribed the distinct physical and mental characteristics of a subset of people with intellectual disabilities[1].Down Syndrome(DS) is also called Trisomy 21.Translocation for Trisomy 21 occurs in approximately 5% of the total population with DS.
