Abstract
The objective of this research is to propose a strategic plan based on results for the management of the
Professional School, taking the CEPLAN model as a reference. This is a descriptive, non-experimental,
propositional study. The responses of the students (75%) considered management to be fair, of the
teachers (60%) considered management to be fair, of the administrative staff (50%) considered
management to be fair, and of the institutions (90%) considered management to be poor. The conclusion
is that the sustainability of the management of the School of Accounting will be achieved with the
formulation, implementation, execution and control of the strategic plan, allowing the School of
Accounting to adapt to the changes proposed by the environment
