Review on “Cyber Crime”

Abstract
Cybercrime is an "illegal act in which a computer is used as a tool purpose or both." Computers have
grown incredibly common and popular in recent years. However, both domestic and foreign crimes
have occurred from the misuse of technology in cyberspace. The Indian parliament has passed
legislation aimed at regulating cybercrime and safeguarding the country's technological growth system.
The law on technological information was approved in the year 2000. In the fields of e-commerce,
governance, and electronic financial services, it was India's first worldwide law to handle technology.
The topic of this document is Types of cybercrime that are commonly encountered, as well as strategies
to avoid cybercrime.
