Rurality as space for citizenship training: a reading from children in fourth and fifth grade of elementary school in Guarne -

Abstract
The rural is presented as a space in which the children of a rural educational institution, made emerge the opportunities provided by the environment for the formation of citizenship. Objective To analyze the place of rurality as a space that contributes to the citizenship formation of the boys and girls of the Educational Institution El Romeral de Guarne, Antioquia. Methodology The research was approached from a qualitative design and case study method, operationalized through social-pedagogical mapping and sociodrama, and the information was also analyzed from the content analysis technique.
