SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Sustainable leadership development is an approach that creates a new and better-managed change, with
an outcome-oriented component that has a management strategy focused on processes instead of a plan
with management ethics. Professional management is willing to let go, build capacity, participation,
measure, evaluate performance, and create sustainability in the organization, that is, results-oriented, have
a management strategy, process-oriented instead of focusing on plans, have integrity in Management, being
a professional executive, letting go, enhancing participation potential, having a performance evaluation,
and creating sustainable stability in the organization.
