Abstract
Recently, pyrazole derivatives have shown significant anti-inflammatory activity. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have the disadvantage of causing gastric irritation, gastric ulcer in the treatment of inflammation. Therefore, the present study focused on the synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of a series of novel pyrazole derivatives as anti-inflammatory agents.
