Abstract
Background: Ultrasound guided femoral nerve block and intra-articular analgesia reduced pain after knee surgery and considered the gold standard methods for analgesia. We aimed at comparing the effectiveness of intra-articular analgesia and ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block with bupivacaine in relieving postoperative pain following knee operations
