Solar Energy: A boon to mankind

Abstract
The dependency on fossil fuels for production of energy can be reduced by the use of solar
energy. This will not only reduce global warming and pollution but also the cost of energy production,
leading our planet towards a green and bright future. Electricity can be created utilizing the sun’s
energy by two distinct advancements, to be specific Photovoltaic (PV) and Concentrated Solar Power
(CSP) systems.
