Solution of Serial Service Channels in steady state With Balking and Feedback

n this article, we generate realistic and practical queuing model with X-servers in series having balking, feedback, Poisson arrivals and exponential service times. Here, more general concept of feedback is used by considering feedback from any server to all its previous servers including itself. Various queue characteristics such as steady-state solutions, marginal probability and mean queue length of the queuing system have been calculated for unlimited waiting space. The model has also been analyzed for finite capacity of the system. Particular case has been derived also.
