Abstract
The current study included the selection of four paths from the soils of Al-Kifl District in Babylon province, located between longitudes 32° 34` 66`` - 32° 3466` north, and latitudes 44° 33` 07``-44° 44` 96`` east of them,36 samples were taken at a depth of 0-30 cm. The values of available potassium were between 0.03-0.62
cmol.kg-1 in all study soils, with the exception of samples of unexploited control soils that had 0.05-0.12cmol.kg-1
