Abstract
The study of equations in the presence of a force field has been utilized to derive a new quantum model for nanoelectronic components that obey energy conservation. The expression described by this type of energy consists of an
additional term standing for frictional energy. To study the properties and characteristics of this model, a new derivation of the Schrodinger equation in quantum mechanical systems has been done to find the current density
throughout the system to describe the more important properties and general characteristics of nano-electronic components
