Abstract
This study aimed to identify the pathogenic gene in Staphylococcus aureusstrain isolated from clinical specimens of burn patients in tertiary care hospital.Material and Methods: A total of 100 strains of Staphylococcus aureuswere isolated and confirmed by using a standard biochemical and laboratory methodology in accordance with CLSI principles. All confirmed S.aureus were subjected to detection of femB, mecA and PVL markers by PCR.
