Synthesis And Characterization Of Carbon-Based Nanocomposites Prepared By Chemical Reduction Method
Gaurav Sharma , R.K. Sharma
Abstract
EMI shielding materials are receiving much attention due to the rapid proliferation of electronics and instrumentation in the commercial and defense sectors. To achieve excellent EMI shielding high level of electrical conductivity is required. The most frequently used and studied, as well as the easiest to be commercialized method, is the chemical reduction, which involves the addition of reluctant to a mixture of metal salts and graphene both the metal salts and graphene are reduced GN/Cu NPs composites are prepared via a chemical reduction in the aqueous solution. The size and agglomeration of carbon-based nanocomposites were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS),and Transmission electron microscope (TEM).
