Abstract

This article introduces the School Principal's Sustainable Leadership, a leadership that is gaining attention in various circles around the world. Because each leader has a goal to lead the school to the success of the objectives. Moreover, is to ensure that educational institutions are successful, stable, and sustainable The sustainable leadership of an educational institution consists of the following elements: 1) Profound knowledge, 2) Stable standing There are long walks, 3) perfect breadth, 4) networking of cooperation, support, 5) diversified approaches to success and goals.
