Temperature of base Effect on Optical Properties of Aluminum Oxide (AL2O3) Thin Films Prepared by Chemi-thermal Hydrolysis
Ahmed Nsaif Jasim
Abstract
Thin films of Aluminum oxide was prepared with a thickness of 400nm and based on glass with dimensions of 2.5x2.5cm. Molarity of Aluminum nitrate was 0.1M for all samples and films were prepared by used spray pyrolysis method of 29±1 highest for all samples. Data of optical properties were studied at different temperature 200,300,400 ͦ C by recording the Transmittance, absorption at(300-900)nm which showed decreasing with the increasing the temperature. As well as the other optical properties of prepared films which consisted from(absorption coefficient, real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant, extinction coefficient and optical conductivity) as a function of photon energy.
