Abstract
Objective: The number of nursing education graduates is higher than the available jobs, making many hospitals in Indonesia have an excess number of nurses. While understaffing is well documented in the literature, research into its impact of overstaffing is lacking. We aim to conduct observations that focus on identifying the impact of an excess number of nurses on the personal activities of nurses
