The Agricultural Transformation of Israel: A Case Study in Innovation

Abstract
No other country certainly not one as young and as small as Israel has contributed more breakthroughs in agriculture than Israel, Since Israel’s establishment, the country has almost tripled the territory used for farming and production has multiplied 16 times. About one-fourth of that output is exported, Israeli farmers have come a long way and today, Israel manages to produce 95% of its own food requirements.
