The Preparation Model of Start-Up Businesses to Accelerate Moving From Idea to Entrepreneurial for Business School Graduates

Abstract
Many bright business ideas and concepts but it is difficult to realize it into a business. The study aims to develop competency preparation model to accelerate the realization of start-up business for business school graduates. The method used in this action research is Primary Quantitative Research Methods: Cross-sectional surveys. Respondents were students of management economics in the minimum of the fourth semester a total of 150 people who filled out the questionnaire, analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that venture teams, obtaining financing and unique market analysis have a significant effect on the preparedness of start-up businesses to accelerate business realization. Even though the ethical and legal foundations, and financial strength are not significan, they have a positive trend affecting the preparedness of start-up businesses to accelerate business realization. With the results and model fit of 78%, the acceleration model of business realization is developed.
