Abstract

Autism or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a public health issue affecting millions of children globally and there is a need for discovering new modalities for its diagnosis "especially, early diagnosis". The abnormal pattern of the amygdala and hippocampus development was reported to be associated with ASD.
