The effect of the initial angle of electron beam on the efficiency of the electrostatic deflection system

Abstract
The effect of changing the initial angle of the electron beam on the efficiency of electron beam in the electrostatic deflection system was investigated, and this effect on the diameter and kinetic energy distribution of the electron beam were studied.
