The effects of Curcumin on tumor necrosis factor-alpha expression and hepatocyte necrosis in mice with liver fibrosis induced by common bile duct ligation

Abstract
Liver fibrosis is a significant health problem that involves injury in hepatocyte cells. This study aimed to investigate the effect of curcumin on tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF) expression and hepatocyte necrosis in mice with common bile duct ligation (CBDL)-induced liver fibrosis.
