Abstract

The research aimed to determine the level of performance of workers in agricultural extension and its relationship to some functional tasks. The research community consisted of all agricultural extension workers in the agricultural departments and extension centers in Nineveh Governorate, who were accounted (125) extension workers. The information was collected using means of a questionnaire, through personal and postal interview
