AHMED NECIB
Abstract
This research paper aims to investigate commitment to social responsibility and its role in improving environmental performance at Al Majd Medical Analysis Laboratory in El Oued Province. The questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect information from the study sample. The questionnaires were distributed to all laboratory workers, and (27) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis using the statistical program SPSS. The study reached several results, most notably the acceptance of the main hypothesis, which stated that there is a statistically significant effect of commitment to social responsibility and its role in improving environmental performance. This was confirmed by the correlation coefficient (0.425) because there is a strong correlation between the independent variable (social responsibility) and the dependent variable (environmental performance).
