The role of school sports out of class activities to develop the psycho-immunity among middle school students

Abstract
This study aims to highlight the role of school sports out of class activities to develop the psycho-immunity among middle school students. This study was conducted using the descriptive approach, which is appropriate given its goals. Aged between 12 and 15, the study comprised 56 male pupils, 24 of whom participated in school sports out of class activities like basketball and 32 of whom did not. The Psycho-Immunity Scale for Elite Athletes was employed in their purposeful selection. The SPSS statistical software and statistical techniques including mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, normal distribution test, and "t" test for individual differences were employed. The study came to the conclusion that the psycho-immunity of middle school students is developed through school sports out of class activities.
