Using a New Method (NOOR2) for Finding the Optimal Solution of the Transportation Problem

Abstract
The difficult of transportation is one of the most important focuses of applied mathematics, besides its prominence derives from the enlargement of life and the requirement of transportation in daily life. The object of this method is to
obtain the optimal solution or the solution closest to the optimal solution for some of the problems of transportation that the Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) and other methods failed to find the optimal solution, A new technique
is proposed to solve these types of (TP) based on using a method for finding an (IS) for an objective function of maxaturization type.
