Utility of 3 Tesla- MRI and Venography in Patients with Cerebral Venous Thrombosis

Abstract
Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) is a rare disorder. It is more common in females. CVT accounts for up to 1% of all strokes. Neuro-imaging is the corner stone in the diagnosis of cerebral venous thrombosis. Imaging modalities of choice in cerebral venous thrombosis are CT scan and MRI with MR Venogram
