Abstract
Background: Toidentify the commonly prescribed anticoagulants by studying the prescription pattern in various indications and calculating prescribing daily dose (PDD). The aim of the study is also to compare Prescribing Daily Dose (PDD) with Defined Daily Dose(DDD) of Anticoagulants and to identify the ADRs of anticoagulants
