Validity of Sonoelastography in Diagnosis of Patellar Tendinopathy

Abstract
Background: Patellar tendinopathy is an overuse disorder that is commonly presented as anterior knee pain. It prevents 30% of the affected athletes from participating sports for 6 months.Sonoelastography is a noninvasive method of estimating tissue elasticity by analyzing the ultrasonic radiofrequency signals produced by standard ultrasound equipment.
