WHITE COLLAR CRIME IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN CRIME AT LARGE – AN ANALYTICAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
A crime can be defined as any action that results in a sanction from the government, most notably a
serious violation of the law. This topic is investigated in this study so that a full comprehension of the
breadth of white-collar crime and corporate crime in India may be attained. In general, a workplace
offence committed by an individual with a high socioeconomic position is considered to be a type of
crime known as "white collar crime."
