Abstract

The environment is always changing in the modern and developing world; organizations face a number of difficulties. A company's ability to maintain a competitive edge, succeed, and adapt to a changing environment all depend on its ability to please its workforce. In order to improve productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and job dedication among its staff, the company must meet their demands by offering a comfortable work environment. This research aims to analyze the effects of the workplace on job satisfaction among employees. A quantitative methodology was used in the investigation. An online survey form was used to gather data. The survey's questionnaire was taken from an earlier, approved version.
