Abstract
There is a rise in the number of workers quitting their jobs to seek employment elsewhere since many companies misunderstand and address employee motivation in an inadequate manner. Given how complicated human nature is, it can be challenging to identify what drives each employee. For this reason, respecting employees requires competent leadership and management. The understanding of human nature and a clearly defined strategy for dealing with people are necessary for employee motivation. Well-motivated workers are more creative and productive, according to observations and research in this subject. Only if you want them to, or if you can inspire them to do so, will employees perform.
